The Nadine Faustin-Parker Foundation, INC. in partnership with the IAAF Athletics for a Better World had another successful coaches clinic and camp in the Republic of Haiti on June 4 and June 5, 2015. Earlier in the spring, Faustin-Parker traveled to Haiti with Foundation members to work with the Haitian youths and coaches in the sport of track and field. Some of the priorities of the Foundation's work in Haiti, is to help the coaches design annual training programs, assist the coaches with technical aspects to encourage as well as correct, help the coaches identify the resources to use despite the limitations of facilities, and to encourage the kids to keep working hard because there are enormous gains through participating in sports. Faustin-Parker uses electronic equipment in order to stay in contact with the coaches on a weekly basis to answer questions, do video analysis, etc...

Faustin-Parker stated, "I'm very excited about the work that the Foundation is doing for Haitian Athletics. I've always believed Haitian athletes have the potential to be competitive on the international track and field stage. The major set back has always been limited financial resources. I love Ghandi's quote of, 'Be the change you want to see,' and I have set in motion to do my very best to bring about successful change of Haitian Athletics by empowering the youths and coaches so that there are many more options that they can create for themselves through the sport."

The Foundation plans a third trip to Haiti in the upcoming months and hopes to bring equipment, nutritional snacks, and more to help move Haitian Athletics forward.
